Phenomenal Service
Oscar, Joshua, and Kliever are phenomenal movers! They were fast, efficient, and safe, and I can't believe how well they managed to navigate one flight of stairs at our old place and two flights of stairs at our new place. Also credit to Jordan who did the in-home estimate and worked well with us. Truly great movers!

Over the phone Amit and Jordan were patient and did what they could to accommodate my last minute booking with Solomon & Sons Relocation Services. The movers were professional, and efficient at packing. Sandro was transparent with pricing and led a team of professionals who were efficient at packing and loading my household items onto the truck. After loading was complete, Sandro and Julio drove the truck the same day to my new destination (an out of state move around 11 hours of a drive). I’m very happy with the service Sandro and Julio provided and I would hire them for another move.
Great Recovery
We worked with Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL. During our move, we also used their storage service. The things they did well: The sales rep was responsive. We were able to get quick responses to our questions. They were on schedule for the most part. We moved several times including an international move due to work reasons. This is the first time, one of our large TV sets got seriously damaged. There were also two other smaller items that got damaged. I think this was due to the poor quality of packing service they provided for us. This is an area that the company has to improve on. We had purchased a simple insurance policy so it did not cover the replacement value of the TV set. When we communicated this with the company, the customer service representative was very helpful. The company promptly replaced the TV set. Because of their willingness to solve our problem, I rated the service as 5 stars.

He is professional, efficient and is the person to speak with if there are any mix ups in the moving process. Mistakes happen, what's important is relying on a company that will be accountable and that hire responsive, eloquent, and overall friendly professionals that can manage those circumstances well. Excellent and Dependable
Long distance moving is nerve racking in its self and choosing a dependable moving company is even more stressful. When my husband decided to use a moving company for our relocation from South Florida to North Carolina my anxiety was so high! And when I talked to people about our move I heard nothing but nightmares about moving companies that they used. I was thinking well, if something goes wrong at least i didn't hire them... it would be my husbands fault! But much to my surprise, Solomon and sons showed up as promised, took care in taking apart, wrapping and loading all of our possessions, and delivered on schedule. And unlike the horror stories I heard from my friends... nothing was "missing" or "damaged"...and they did NOT charge any hidden fees. I moved from a two story townhouse to a single family house 3 hours away. The team of Miguel, Oscar, Jauvee, Adam and Ronaldo were incredible. Right from the moment Miguelangel, Ronaldo, Keiji, Jouvee, and Hernan arrived at our house, their professionalism and exceptional service shone through. They took great care of our belongings, treating them as if they were their own. I had my move on Saturday! I hired this company because they are legit and have amazing customer service. They provided me with packing supplies and came in to pack my whole entire 4 bedroom house . Miguelangel ,Oscar, Fabricio, Bearjeawy are the super heroes of moving world :)) These guys were very careful with all my fragile stuff , they marked every box with details of what was inside and what room or closet it belonged to ! They were quick and efficient! I honestly never had such a flawless experience with moving and I moved a lot . Thank you very for this outstanding service . I am very happy and grateful! Polite Patriot Professionals
Dustin and Jeff moved some very heavy Tommy Bahama furniture for us today. They called on the way and got here exactly when they estimated they would.They were both extremely professional and polite. They knew exactly how to protect the glass and mirrors as well. I highly recommend them if you want the ultimate professionals.
The Best Ever
Mayer and Leroy arrived when they said they would. They did the delivery efficiently with no damage to the walls or the furniture. Both men were polite. On my next move which is next year I will ask for only for Mayer and Leroy. They are first class and worth 20 Stars!

Pick up, long term storage & re-delivery
Solomon & Sons packed everything for us when they picked up our furniture in NC. We used their long term storage service while we waited for our new house in FL to get built. The team that delivered our furniture to us were awesome! We had Richard, Zachery & Emilio. I wish we had them on the front end of our journey! We had some damage due to lack of good packing on the front end. I am optimistic that the claims process will go smoothly and Solomon & Sons will make everything right. Ed Garrett, Sales Representative did an exceptional job assisting us with our entire experience. I would recommend Solomon & Sons to any of my family & friends.

We worked with Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL. During our move, we also used their storage service. The things they did well: The sales rep was responsive. We were able to get quick responses to our questions. They were on schedule for the most part. The things they did not do well: We moved several times including an international move. This is the first time, one of our large TV sets got damaged. This happened despite the fact that we provided the original box for the TV set. There were also two other smaller items that got damaged. I think this was due to the poor quality of packing service they provided for us. For the packing service I would rate the company's service as "0" zero. During my conversations with the sales rep, he had assured me that everything would be fine so I did not purchase a total replacement insurance policy which ended up costing us a lot more now. So, two recommendations: (1) If you have very valuable items, then pack it yourself, do not trust the packers of the company who are simply external contractors hired to do the job (2) Purchase a total value replacement insurance policy.
Excellent Crew
Some belongings were picked up today to be shipped to Texas from my late sister's home. The crew were on time 7am on the dot although the window was until 8am. They were efficient, thorough and courteous. Friendly and polite I enjoyed chatting as they worked. Excellent team of guys!! I asked their names, and it was Forrest, Rod and Hicks. My prayer is the delivery on the other end is equally great.
Moved from Florida to Tennessee
The men who came to help pack the truck with my stuff were really great. They took good care of my things. I had my two bedroom house packed in boxes and they still took 6 hours to make sure everything was packed correctly for their truck. I was disappointed in the price. The quote I received was $1000 off from what I ended up paying. This company took awhile in getting my stuff to me. They need a 10 day window to drop your things off. I was not aware of this. Everyone was very nice including customer service. Was overall cheaper than most moving companies.
Remove “expert” from your description!!!!!
Before you consider spending your hard earned $$ with this company please do your research. They are far from being experts at their craft. My experience is that they have not lived up to your claim of being an expert in the field of moving. They botched my mother’e move from Chgo to FL beyond reasonable understanding. How do you allow a delivery without 1st verifing what's being delivered? The mover should always ensure they have the correct cargo before departure. That did not happen in our case. The driver drive 2 days, from Chgo to FL, began to unload only to find they had the wrong items. Upon notifying Metro Hop, they neglected to return our phone call as promised. 2 days later a call was returned and they said they will get back to us with a confirmation that they still have our cargo. To date, we still wait for a response. What an unprofessional operation. It is suggested that someone of authority contact me at the email address connected to this review immediately.
