Contacted this mover for my son's long distance move from Dallas TX to NYC. Service and communication had been great. We chose full service. They packed quickly and efficiently. Jennifer has been great with coordinating. My son complimented Pedro and the packing crew as well.

Can’t say enough about Gentle Giant and their team members. We’ve been using this company for moves in Massachusetts, Maine and now today in Florida. The team today was no exception to what I’ve experienced in my prior engagements with them. Overall, this company has impeccable service and processes for moving and storage, and their communications are clear and collaboration between different departments smooth and error free. Great movers!
Tyler was great from the first moment he came to our house. We moved from a small home to a condo and the three movers could not have been more professional and gracious, even though they had to park around the parking garage. I would definitely recommend them to move us again if the need arises.
