Excellent Crew
Some belongings were picked up today to be shipped to Texas from my late sister's home. The crew were on time 7am on the dot although the window was until 8am. They were efficient, thorough and courteous. Friendly and polite I enjoyed chatting as they worked. Excellent team of guys!! I asked their names, and it was Forrest, Rod and Hicks. My prayer is the delivery on the other end is equally great.

Excellent experience with this company. They delivered my furniture from Fort Lauderdale, Fl to Katy Tx.. It was delivered in according time, exact tracking, great price, very professional guys. 100% recommend 👍🏼
Great Recovery
We worked with Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL. During our move, we also used their storage service. The things they did well: The sales rep was responsive. We were able to get quick responses to our questions. They were on schedule for the most part. We moved several times including an international move due to work reasons. This is the first time, one of our large TV sets got seriously damaged. There were also two other smaller items that got damaged. I think this was due to the poor quality of packing service they provided for us. This is an area that the company has to improve on. We had purchased a simple insurance policy so it did not cover the replacement value of the TV set. When we communicated this with the company, the customer service representative was very helpful. The company promptly replaced the TV set. Because of their willingness to solve our problem, I rated the service as 5 stars.

We worked with Solomon & Sons to move from NC to FL. During our move, we also used their storage service. The things they did well: The sales rep was responsive. For the packing service I would rate the company's service as "0" zero. During my conversations with the sales rep, he had assured me that everything would be fine so I did not purchase a total replacement insurance policy which ended up costing us a lot more now. So, two recommendations: (1) If you have very valuable items, then pack it yourself, do not trust the packers of the company who are simply external contractors hired to do the job (2) Purchase a total value replacement insurance policy.

I had my move on Saturday! I hired this company because they are legit and have amazing customer service. They provided me with packing supplies and came in to pack my whole entire 4 bedroom house . Miguelangel ,Oscar, Fabricio, Bearjeawy are the super heroes of moving world :)) These guys were very careful with all my fragile stuff , they marked every box with details of what was inside and what room or closet it belonged to ! They were quick and efficient! I honestly never had such a flawless experience with moving and I moved a lot . Thank you very for this outstanding service . I am very happy and grateful! And I will hire Solomon and Sons again in the future!!! Highly recommend them !

Polite Patriot Professionals
Dustin and Jeff moved some very heavy Tommy Bahama furniture for us today. They called on the way and got here exactly when they estimated they would.They were both extremely professional and polite. They knew exactly how to protect the glass and mirrors as well. I highly recommend them if you want the ultimate professionals.
The Best Ever
Mayer and Leroy arrived when they said they would. They did the delivery efficiently with no damage to the walls or the furniture. Both men were polite. On my next move which is next year I will ask for only for Mayer and Leroy. They are first class and worth 20 Stars!
