Matt, Jennifer, Carlos, and Tyler were phenomenal. Carlos and Tyler could not have been better at helping us out with a long distance move. My wife and I will be referring S&S to anyone we know looking to relocate.
Moved from Florida to Tennessee
The men who came to help pack the truck with my stuff were really great. They took good care of my things. I had my two bedroom house packed in boxes and they still took 6 hours to make sure everything was packed correctly for their truck. I was disappointed in the price. The quote I received was $1000 off from what I ended up paying. This company took awhile in getting my stuff to me. They need a 10 day window to drop your things off. I was not aware of this. Everyone was very nice including customer service. Was overall cheaper than most moving companies.

Dissatisfying service
We used this service to relocate from Virginia to Maine. And while I commend their punctuality, and taking their time to pack our stuff, there were some big concerns. For some reason, the workers took apart my drawer and then left an important part at the old house. I’ve not been able to do laundry for about a month as I am struggling to replace that part and now have to hire a repair man. When they got to the storage unit, they packed all my boxes, including the ones clearly marked “glass” and “fragile” at the very back of the unit and then packed all my heavy furniture on, around and in front! Chairs and heavy side tables piled on top of boxes with my plates and glasses. I had to hire someone else to come and move the heavy furniture in order to get to my boxes! All that and I paid over $10,000! It was not worth it and I would. It recommend to others. Very disappointing.
